HIG President Jon Sharp spoke with Jeff Sallade and Ken Guzzardo of 3DPT on some physical changes we can implement to help improve our health and wellness while working from home! Tips include:
– Be aware of your posture while sitting for extended periods of time.
– Make sure that your workstation is optimized for your ideal body position and try to vary that position if it’s possible—go from sitting to standing while working, or even kneeling if your setup allows for it.
– Get up and walk around for a minute every 15-30 minutes while working!
